The Ashland Springs Hotel is charming. The rooms are very comfortable and romantic. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The little touches like tea in the afternoon, snacks in the evening, and the lavender sash in the room make this hotel special. The location right in the heart of town make everything within walking distance. This was our second... More

I return to Ashland, OR for the Oregon Shakespeare Festival every year or two and there is no accommodation around that I'd rather stay in than the Ashland Springs Hotel. After almost 10 stays there I have never had a bad experience with them. The hotel is decorated beautifully with nature-inspired prints, dried flowers, birds, and lots of sunshine. The... More

Stayed 2 nights Sept. 10 and 11. Rooms are small but comfortable and nicely decorated. Location is perfect for Shakespeare Festival. Theatres steps from the hotel. Breakfast not elaborate but certainly adequate. Ate in the Crystal Room. Food was good. Since I was with a tour group I do not know the cost of the room and can't speak to... More

If you're going to plays at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, you won't find a nicer, more convenient hotel. And you'll get to pay pretty well for the privilege. Overall, I thought it was worth it. I spent 4 nights at the hotel in September, when it's HOT in Ashland. My room was comfortable if a little cozy, and even though... More

Ashland was new to us and we enjoyed the town's atmosphere: arty and foodie! But best of all was the Ashland Springs Hotel, which has preserved a grand old style of service, in a lovingly restored heritage building, while also offering the mod cons we expect of a 21st century hotel. We have previously experienced "olde worlde" hotels which have... More

We love this boutique hotel; although the queen room is rather small, we don't spend much time in the room so this is not an issue; appreciate the parking and the convenience of the theatres nearby; also enjoy the onsite restaurant, Lark's! Always excellent service!

I have to say I was pretty disappointed in our room. We booked a European Boutique Room with a Queen Sized Bed. Yes, the room was pretty small, but I can deal with small. The furnishings were shabby, the bed was saggy and uncomfortable, the room looked dark and dingy, and there was the dirtiest looking ironing board hanging in... More

Seriously this place is really small, we are writing this review from the 4th floor, by far the smallest room we have stayed in our entire stay, Front counter staff are nice enough, but this place isn't worth the money we have paid, one of the B & Bs in the area are are much better and cheaper option, wish... Rooms are small but very comfortable, clean and service is very good. We're tired of the big hotel shuffle and prefer the boutique hotels. Love the free wi-fi and parking, it's also the prefect location for the festival and local restuarants. We definitely will return next year. The only con is the contiential breakfast, it's "okay" but not a real... More
