My husband, dog and I stayed here for two nights. The room was spacious and quiet w/a small kitchen w/microwave, frige, sink and ample counter space as well as dishes, silverware and glasses, very comfortable bed, fire place, deck, and large bathroom. The staff was very professional and friendly. Room service from the on sight hotel was yummy and arrived... More

We enjoyed staying at Callahan's - the staff is very helpful, the rooms are clean, well appointed and spacious. Each room includes a delicious breakfast on the terrace each morning. The main drawbacks are that there are only limited views of the valley and that it is near the interstate which is slightly noisy when out on the terrace, but... More

We stayed here once two years ago, and everything was excellent. Like last time, our room was top-notch, and the service was outstanding. Unfortunately, the food at the dinner service left a whole lot to be desired. My wife ordered a ribeye, and it was tough and pure fat. I ordered the seared sea scallops, and they were rubbery, and... Callahan's is a sentimental favorite of ours because they do so much for Pacific Crest Trail through-hikers. However, this is the second time we have stayed at Callahan's and even though the rooms are quite nice and cozy, the restaurant is below average: way too pricey and the food is mediocre. It's a nice place to stay but you're going... More

I am in love with this little gem I have only known about for a few weeks! The rooms are comfortable with a wood burning fireplace and a hot tub. It was clean and felt like we were at home due to the comfort of the bed and lack of noise. The dinner was ok, my ribs were great! My... More

We have stayed at this great lodge/hotel several times and always find it to be a pleasure. The owners are friendly and certainly pay attention to the details. The front desk is covered by the enthusiastic Brandon and Helen with warmth and kindness. All of the facilities are in excellent condition and the food is really remarkable. I had the... More

My husband and I stopped in after a long day on the road. We did not have a reservation but just stopped by when we saw the cozy looking hotel off the road. The staff at the hotel was very exceptional and found us a wonderful room. We loved the fireplace and great balcony We had dinner in the restaurant... More

My husband and I stayed here for an overnight getaway and had a wonderful time! The room was beautiful with a wood fire place and jacuzzi tub. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The restaurant was amazing as well. We had dinner and breakfast and both meals were delicious. The service was excellent also. We... More

This restaurant is not what it used to be. We were a party of 7 for dinner the day after Christmas. Could not believe they were out of a favorite veal dish, and not because they were busy. Food was cold, did not taste good and the service lame. Lived in this area for 70 plus years and eaten here... More
