We stayed here for one night while travelling towards San Francisco. It's perfect for a good night's sleep in a good bed in average-sized room with many amenities (fridge, microwave, iron, wifi, desk, nice soap/shampoo). A special mention of the very good lighting - easy for reading and to make the room bright. On the other hand, the blackout curtains... More

This Inn is across the street from some of the University buildings,,,Nice quiet neighborhood..Room was a good size with a comfortable double bed...Price was excellent on the computer check in..Breakfast was very good with eggs, waffles and many extra's..7 Eleven just down the street incase you forget your playing cards. This is excessive and is not typical of hotel reservations in my experience. I gave 36 hours notice that I needed to cancel one night of my stay and was told that is fine but I would still need to pay for the night I needed to cancel. I will not stay here again.

My wife and I recently spent five nights at this location while we attended some of the plays offered at the OSF. Except for a fake two meter high "tree" in our room, a sizeable water stain in the bathtub, a dripping faucet and a smoke alarm battery malfunction, it was not a totally bad stay. I expect an organization... More

If you're looking for a clean, quite place and budget friendly place, this is it! Room was adequate, close to SOU for the football game, mexican restaurant next door is awesome! Breakfast was a quick and adequate start before hitting the road.

Inherently, there is nothing wrong with this Inn. It is moderately priced and clean. "Customer Service" is another matter. Our room was stuffy; with only one small window, it was necessary to run the airconditioner. It continuously cut out after 15 seconds. We suffered through one night but was assured by the front desk clerk and the owner that the... More

In early October 2014 we paid $107 including taxes for a king bed with breakfast. A queen bed will be slightly lower priced. This price is about midway between the budget motels farther away and the upscale Stratford Inn, Bard’s Inn, Ashland Springs Hotels slightly nearer to downtown. If driving 10 more minutes into downtown Ashland is not a problem... More

Stayed for one night, rooms were clean and for the most part quiet. Has small fridge and microwave in the room. Beds are comfortable. For the price I would stay again. This place was not close to town for smaller kids or grandparents, but a short drive will get you to where you need to be!

Pleasant within walking distance of down town and restaurants. About a mile walk. Quiet and nice area for lodging. Pool, Mexican restaurant, all are on the property. Breakfast provided, and a good breakfast restaurant right next door. Refrigerator and coffee provided in room. Return? Yes. Recommend? Yes.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The breakfast area and food were ok. It's not quite walking distance to the theater, but a short drive and we were able to find parking without too much trouble.
