The hotel is very easy to find next to Interstate 35 exit. It being located half way between Dallas and Oklahoma City; it makes an adequate choice for a mid-way break. Reception staff is friendly and surprisingly multi-lingual. Rooms are built in a two-storey U-shape block around a pool and the restaurant is run by Denny’s. Other dining options are... more

The hotel ammenities were fine, but the housekeeping staff and general management was terrible. The second day I noticed some items missing from my room. Nothing of real value, but I thought it was strange so I reported it to the front desk (they didn't seem concerned). The last night I was there I noticed my bag had been rummaged... more

We stayed at this location on our way to TX to visit relatives. Our room smelled very musty and was not clean. I tried to switch to 2 other rooms, but upon inspection with the manager, they were the same as our original. There were dead bugs in the room. I slept in 1 spot in bed because I felt... more

I travel on business and have stayed at hundreds of hotels. This was by far my worst experience in a hotel. Not comfortable, not clean, no such thing as customer service with these folks. Just awful to deal with. Could not produce a receipt on check out. WOULD NOT fax me a copy later, needed to reimbursement for business purposes,... more

On April 9, 2009, Ms. Domos called hotel stating she had failed to get a receipt at checkout and that she needed a copy sent to her. We asked for some identification for verification purposes but Ms. Domos refused. She contacted Holiday Inn Guest Relations regarding the matter. Holiday Inn Guest Relations contacted us and we forwarded Ms. Domos receipt...

I went to Ardmore on a short business trip. I picked this hotel because most Holiday Inns are adequate for a short stay. From the moment I walked in I knew this was not going to be a good experience. I waited in line for 20 minutes to check in (there were two people in front of me). The room... more

This place has been around forever. Yes most of the rooms have been redone and the pool is nice, but this place is showing some age. Rooms all face to the outside and the walkways are old and dirty. Dennys is on sight, and the bar is small and smokey. more

We stayed here four days during the 2006 Harley Davidson Rally. The room was always very clean and smelled clean!!. It was a non-smoking room and it actually WAS!! (which is different than some motels that just put a sticker on the door to change it from a smoking to a non-smoking room NOT THIS ONE) The staff was friendly... more

We arrived in Ardmore OK, halfway between Turner Falls and WinStar Casino, for a getaway weekend early Saturday and were told the room would be ready after 3. The motel lobby was updated, clean and well kept, offering a seating area with TV, a PC for guest use and coffee. A Denny's resturant was part of the facility; a nice... more

I've stayed at this hotel many times over the years. Nothing fancy, but the rooms are always clean. The staff is very friendly. Nice, small bar on-site. Clean outdoor swimming pool, and a kids play area. There are several good restaurants nearby. Two Frogs across the highway was a very nice place to eat. Also, the barbeque place about 1/2... more
