I stayed at America's Best Value Inn in mid March 2009 during a brief business trip to NE Ohio. The staff were extremely accomodating and friendly. Stayed here three nights while touring area bridges. Made reservatins by phone but asked for and got the lower Internet price. Upon arrival we asked for and were were given a free upgrade. Front desk staff very unprofessional. They played around with the rates like we were wheeling & dealing. Complimentary breakfast was a joke, no where to even sit down.
