This hotel is full service, with conference facilities and a nice restaurant with reasonable prices. Athens is isolated from other "metro" areas, so there are very few hotels from which to choose. This one appears to be an intentionally high quality property in light of the other choices. They were rennovating certain aspects when I stayed there, but much of... More

I was here for an interview, the food was very good, the rooms very nice and overall a great stay. They staff was also extremely nice and they actually did care about assisting me. Overall a great experience. GRA

We visit the Athens area often and have stayed at several hotels. The hotels in that area know you have no choice when you visit a student at the university and the accomodations show it. We were thrilled to stay at the O U Inn. The desk staff were pleasant, informative and very welcoming! The lobby and restaurant were clean... More

Everything works at this Athens Ohio location. Great location for visiting Ohio University. Warm atmosphere and sunny young students who staff the reception area. Great pub and restaurant tops off the stay. My second stay and my number one destination if in Athens. Fine workout facility and the machines all work.

After spending several nights at the OU Inn, I found it a nice place to stay. There isn't too much to choose from in this area of Ohio. Lovely grounds, helpful staff, and couches in rooms are nice. Although the Restaurant is handy, we found they were out of hamburger, cheese and other items and the prices high. The "free... More

Spent one night: for daughter’s interview with Ohio University Honor's Program and tour of Engineering Dept. Excellent location, had a good night's sleep and great breakfast. Will return again if she decides to attend OU .

The location is really good. You are about 5 minutes walk from any of the main OU buildings like the convo, baker center, peden stadium and also a couple more minutes from Buffalo Wild Wings and other bars/restaurants. The hotel has a very decent service although I could not try all of them as I was traveling with a group... More

I visited Athens for a second annual reunion trip with a friend and my sister, all alumni. The OU Inn was a great price, convenient location and very comfortable. The front desk employees were kind, helpful and accommodating. They called a cab for us when we got there (to go uptown) and easily split our bill the next day for... More

I stayed at the Inn in Oct 2012. It's a perfect location for visiting the university, but also close to other sites and things to do. I was pleased with everything the first night. The next day, after alerting the maid to a small housekeeping issue (really not a big deal) I received a nice note of apology and a... More
