We recently stayed 2 nights here and it was a great campground. clean family oriented. We got the camper special with camping, enterance into the village, coupons for meals at the Barn restaurant a value of $15.00 each! Great food! What a deal! The Wifi was excellent! This is our second visit and we love this place!

This facility is by far one of the best in the country. The Village on the hotel property is full of talented artisans who love what they do. They are friendly and eager to share the knowledge of their craft. The hotel is well staffed, the rooms are beautiful, clean and well decorated. The common areas are quite and beautifully... More

This is a diamond in the rough in Northwest Ohio. The rooms are affordable and the décor matches the theme of the Sauder Village. The rooms could use updating and the carpet in the hallways could be replaced. Outside of those two little things, the hotel is very nice. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The hotel is quiet.... More

This is an absolutely amazing little Inn in northwest Ohio. Situated next door to the pioneer village and several great restaurants in the area. Lots of events held there throughout the year, but I think the last weekend in October is the best. A large group of great wood carvers and wood workers exhibit their work that weekend.

Had a class reunion here this past weekend. Nice place. Clean and good service. Good food. Definitely a cut about the Barn restaurant that shares the property. Hotel seems well kept and was nicely busy.

Chose the Country Get-Away package; stayed Wednesday afternoon thru Saturday morning; selected the original lodging (not the newer addition) and stayed in a king room on the first floor. Best room ever. Very large room, outdoor patio area, good lighting, table AND desk, large chair with foot stool, enjoyed having a sink (with small refrigerator) outside the bath area --... More

This is technically our 3rd time staying here right now. The 1st time was just us looking for some place different for a change on our way out to visit family in Milwaukee, Once we got here, we loved the place so much that we reserved our night for on the way back during checkout. The staff was always friendly... More

Helpful and friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable rooms, and a nice breakfast selection. I attended a conference there and the meeting rooms were spacious and well it, with a comfortable temperature. The restaurant located across the parking lot had great food. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Sayder Village is a northwest Ohio landmark out in rural Ohio. It recreates 19 and early 20the century rural Ohio thru the use of old buildings/shoppes and volunteer and profession workers. There are also a native American village and a colonists settlement. Carriage rides and a miniature train ride are also available. The village and museum take at least a... More

Facility is beautiful. Breakfast was wonderful. Far too many steps to get from entrance to closest guest room! Some people have difficulty walking long distances, but do not need a wheelchair. Although our room was one of the closest to the entrance, it was way too far from the distant parking lot to the room. Please create some nearby parking... More

I appreciate you taking the time to write and let us know your difficulty with the walking distance. We have discussed this over the past few years periodically. There is such a delicate balance between providing closer guest parking and maintaining the beauty of nature and the beautiful landscaping around the inn. We get so many wonderful compliments and reviews... More
