Although the staff (when you could actually find one) was friendly, the overall quality of this hotel was far below we expected. Staff was scarce, so most areas are not monitored for cleanliness. Our recent stay in Alliance, OH was great!! The hotel is located behind the connected mall. It was weird (but safe) driving through an empty mall parking lot to get to the hotel at night. We recently stayed at the Comfort Inn Alliance while visiting family in the area. The area itself does not have much to offer, and therefore lodging choices are limited. My kids always insist on staying at the Comfort Inn because it's attached to a small mall with a movie theater that shows current movies at $3 per person and has an indoor putt putt course. The staff was great, and the room was the cleanest I've been in for a long time. The free hot breakfast was amazing, usually hotels lay out a box of donuts and crummy coffee, but this place had scrambled eggs and sausage gravy with biscuits. I would recommend the Alliance Comfort Inn to anybody. more

The Comfort Inn is attached to a mall. My family spent the entire weekend swimming in the pool, shopping, eating at the food court, playing indoor glow in the dark putt putt or watching a movie at the theatre.
