At first things were okay even though the property is run down and very dated. I was there on business for a few nights. On the final night of my stay, the air conditioner broke at about 2 a.m. It was so loud that it woke me up and then started to smell like burning plastic. I started coughing and... More

Reserved a King Suite for a week of business, checked in late and was given last king suite, with no window. Not sure how you can have a room without a window which is a second way of escape in an emergency but there is no window. Cannot change rooms or hotels due to the conferences in town, everything is... More

We had 2 rooms , one was definitely not cleaned as there were pubes on the toilet and waste paper in the garbage ,the room smelled like a wet towel being as it was right by the hi way and it was 1 am and we needed a place to crash. I never complain on sites like this but I... More

Inside room was VERY nice. Everything was clean, pillows were great, bed & sheets comfy, colors were very nice (seemed like rm 215 was recently renovated), air conditioner worked fine, all amenities in rm were fine. I didn't use pool, breakfast offerings nor any other amenities for the 4 day conference stay. Easy access to Interstate and nearby restaurants.

Never been treated this poorly at any Motel or business. Manager swore at me called me a liar and said he had my money and for me to leave. All I asked for was a second chair to sit in after been on the road for 10 hours. It took the staff 45 min to bring a dirty banquet chair.... More

I stayed at this location as I've stayed at many hotels in the Choice family. Anne at the breakfast room on the last morning of my stay was the only grace in the place as she did her job to the best of her ability. The housekeeper did half the room cleaning. I asked at the desk about coffee in... More

The hotel offers overnight truck parking, which makes sense for them given how few guest cars there are in the vast parking lot. Which means that there's a decent chance that guests will be treated to an all night symphony of idling diesel engines just outside their window. Other problems are minor on their own, but there are so many.... More

The hallways are dim and very cold. You get to the room and the heaters are off so the rooms are usually ice cold. The bedding is old and not cleaned well. I found hairs of differing lenths and styles in my "clean" bed. The towels are worn out, coming unsewn, and brownish-yellow in color. The bathroom was poorly cleaned... More

Stayed here one night on business. My initial impression was the lobby was pretty nice and looked like it had been recently remodeled. Walking to my room, what struck me was how brown everything looked--carpet, walls, etc. And the smell...a faint sulphur odor. I got to my room, and it seemed recently remodeled and reasonably clean, which was good. The... More

We were there for 3 nights. It was OK. Good location. Very nice breakfast. Good price. No major complaints. Special feature: adjoining rooms. We were two families and we had our own rooms but with open doors (there are two doors actually between the rooms) we could be together without exiting through the main door. Very convenient.
