What a dump, room smelled bad, toilet seat was broken but quickly fixed, TV remote did not work. Overall needs a good cleaning, and updating. Beds were pretty small, and of low quality. We stayed for a night on a reward stay - it was just fine, but nothing special. The lobby was well kept, but hallways had a strange smell (which continued into our room). The room itself was average. This place is a dump! The side door that we used to access our room was unlocked 24/7 even though it was suppose to be keycard access only. The stairwell smelled like urine.
