I spent the night here for a seminar I was attending. It was fascinating! Staying in a grain silo (yes the room had a curved wall) was very ineresting. The hotel is dingy, customer service is awful and 50% of the rooms have been converted over to university dorm rooms. Students roaming the lobby all the time and there was occasional loud music. Yes, the silos are neat but they're not worth putting up with lousy customer service. They have a beautiful restaurant but it's only open for breakfast... more

I was planning on staying here, but my plans changed. I canceled my reservation more than a week before, but they didn't process it for some reason. The Inn charged my card anyway and then would not reverse the charge after I called to discuss it with the manager. This is not a reputable business. more
