Upon checking in to the hotel I have never seen such unprofessional staff in my life. During my check in the lady at the front desk started yelling at another employee and rudely started to ignore me. Will be staying in a hotel with a higher class of people next time.

Property 207 Called & made phone reservation while on the road. Young lady making reservation was lovely. Pulled in late.... Rooms very clean... A/C was great. Pet friendly Very surprised at how nice it was.... Right off highway. Starbucks across the street was solo friendly Excellent deal

Thank goodness for Britnee and Renae at the front desk. We had someone else and she wasn't nice or helpful but these two came to the rescue and were so pleasant and helpful. We arrived about 5:30pm on our first night and the room wasn't ready. So they upgraded us but that room wasn't ready either. They gave us a temporary room to stay in until our was ready. I'd like to rate this higher because the staff was friendly and the price was decent compared to other hotels in the area. However, this hotel is feeling a little worn for the new Red Roof Inn rooms. It did the job, and wasn't dirty or unsafe, it just wasn't great either.

First stay at a Red Roof Inn. Rooms were average size, but bathroom was very small. Room was clean and I would say not a bad value for the cost. Location was ok with several places to eat close by. Overall, a decent place to get some rest.

We felt safe in this hotel; the staff was very friendly. It's about 10 minutes from downtown Akron but very close to any chain restaurants or stores you might want to stop at. I guess I would have liked a fridge in the room and some extra blankets, but other than that it was fine for 2 nights.
