Agree with others reviewers who have commented on the friendly, efficient service of the staff. Our room was quite lovely and as usual with Courtyard was most quiet throughout the night. Most restful.

The hotel has very friendly front desk staff and clean rooms. The Bistro is a great place to wind down at the end of the night and Kelly is one of the best bartenders. Every time I come to the Akron from Chicago, I always stay at the Courtyard Akron Montrose.

I have stayed here a few times and each time it has been great. Great business stay. Rooms are clean and fairly large. It is in a great central location to a lot of areas and food and shopping is very close. Would highly recommend.

The hotel is very similar to other Courtyards I stay at, the difference here is Kelly who food/bar tends at the Bistro inside is awesome. Brightens my stay every time, she is a one of a kind. When I am in Akron this is where I always stay for business trips. Hotel is clean, beds are comfortable, like the bistro for breakfast.
