Overall OK experience. Bad: Maid service left a little to be desired. Did not replace used soap, shampoo, etc. Ice machine on 3rd smelled like something had died under. Good: Prompt check in, got my wake up calls. Jacuzzi tub was great. Good location near mall. Lots of restaurants nearby. more

Calling for the reservation and then calling to change it was very easy and very pleasant. The desk clerk wasn't overly friendly when we arrived, but it wasn't a concern.
