We rented a 2 bedroom unit from Beach Vacation Properties. The lady assure me the unit is in good condition and clean. It is newly renovated with new wallpaper, carpet and bedding. The furnishing and appliances are old but all work. Unit 207 is a side view, reasonable flight of stairs. It is located just behind the ocean front units.... more

We booked thru RCI and exchanged a week here. I spent the first day cleaning the unit. upon arrival the beds were not made the linen was moldy and had multiple burn holes. The kitchen was in the hall way and very difficult to work in if any one wanted to come in or out. The bathrooms were horrible...worse then... more

I was appalled that they would even rent a unit in the condition that #130 was in. Upon entering the kitchen there was a drawer missing, a cabinet door missing, very old appliances. I stayed in a unit rented through a local realty company vs a timeshare and was very pleased with our stay. Clean unit, great grounds - well kept. No roaches which surprised me considering that they are usually a given at the beach. GREAT pool and waterslide and the beach is right there. I plan to book for the family... more
