Undergoing renovation, clutter, no one informed of this on booking the room, awakened at 6 a.m. by drilling and lots of bumping noises, TV did not work, room door initially obstructed by clutter. Go some place else! more

Just returned from weekend stay at Hampton Inn while visiting the North Carolina Zoo in Asheboro. Just let me say that this was actually the first time staying with Hampton Inn, but it was a lovely experience. It was convenient to the zoo, with numerous restaurants in walking distance. Actually the Roc-Cola Restaurant was across the street and the hotel... more

We were driving to Myrtle Beach for vacation, on the 4th of July.We were trying to make it to Rockingham, but the weather turned sour. We found the Hampton Inn, and what a pleasant surprise. All of the previous reviews for this area were terrible, but we were exceptionally impressed. The staff was excellent, the rooms looked like they were... more

Nice hotel with great amenities. Convenient to NC Zoo. We stayed one night prior to visiting the zoo. Enjoyed the indoor pool & spa. My husband & I had a single room with (2) double beds. Fairly quiet even though it was close to the elevator & stairs. My one complaint is that it was evident the toilet seat had... more

Had an acceptable stay here. Thought the King Suite would be fun for our child to have his own 'room' - the fold-out couch and a tv in the living room. The 'suite' wraps around the elevator shaft and the elevator went all night making sleep difficult, even with the fan running as white noise. Overall the hotel was clean,... more

Most comfortable bed and bedding that I have had yet. Very nice breakfast items. Coffee maker in the bathroom, yuk! Had hairs in the water reservoir. Move it please. Carpet was sticky feeling to my bare feet. Most Guest Service persons were rude. The breakfast lady was very nice and pleasant. BUT I would stay there again as the beds... more

My family & I stayed here while visiting the zoo over the Easter Break. The hotel was very nice, clean, & the staff was friendly. The indoor pool & hot tub are very nice, but the pool was freezing! The breakfast bar was well-stocked, & fresh. I would definitely recommend this hotel, & would definitely stay here in the future. more

I would recommend this hotel to anyone! The staff was extremely friendly, the room was very clean, there were plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from for dinner and there is a Wal-mart right across the street if you need anything that you may have forgot to pack. The only reason I did not give it five stars is because... more

My family stayed at the Hampton Inn June 30th thru July 2nd. We chose this hotel based on reviews posted on TripAdvisor and were VERY pleased! We loved every minute of our stay and have absolutely no complaints on this hotel at all! This is the best hotel we've stayed at in years! Myself, mom, dad, husband and our two... more
