We arrived late evening and requested a room away from Bar Street. 3 room changes later by 2am we gave up and called the UK emergency number for our tour operator. There were newly refurbished rooms away from Bar Street but the receptionist chose to give them to people booking in after us. Rooms were tatty, the balcony door did... More

Just returned from a week at the Mandalinci and had a fab time. Phoned prior to stay & asked for the quiet part of hotel which we got with newly refurbished room (not that we needed it as noise was not a problem). Very good welcome & staff were great throughout our stay. Turkish bath/massage was fantastic & excellent value... More

My husband and I have just returned from a weeks holiday at the Mandalinci hotel and we had a lovely time. There were a few teething problems with our room but the staff were very helpful and soon sorted. The location is ideal as only feet from the beach and minutes from the centre of Turgutreis. I know some people... More

This is a perfect location, lovely grounds and pool and just by the sea. Staff were excellent and very friendly. No kids club or anything but a lovely spa. (and kids are allowed) Excellent value for money.

I stayed here May 2011, great hotel and location, people that are moaning are deluded, you get what you pay for! I had no problems at all room was clean, didn't spend much time in it as the night life is great, boat trips were good too. Stayed here for 2 weeks no troubles at all

Stayed before in this hotel but was a number of years ago. After reading reviews my family and I were worried but we found the hotel staff very helpful (we were moved to a family room on the quiet side of the hotel after the first night instead of 2 separate rooms) My teenage children enjoyed the pool and always... This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in Turkey. I actually don't know where to begin :/ We arrived at about 23.30 on July 22nd for 2 weeks, we were given a room on bar street which was noisy but something I could cope with, what I couldn’t cope with during the 2 weeks was how lazy... More

Have stayed at the Mandalinci hotel quite as few times over the years, perfectly positioned for all the shops, bars, beach and weekly market. The hotel itself could do with a face lift as it is slowly going down hill. The food isn't brill but if your not fussy there is always something to eat, the all inclusive drinks selection... More

I stayed there with my husband from 16-26 of july 2013. Our room (2310) was facing the street with bars. Room doesn't have silent windows, A\C is very old (i think it hasn't been replaced since the first opening. At first it cools the room a bit but then something happens with the inner part and it starts working like... More
