Club Acacia provided an excellent holiday for a family age range from 3 to 68. We enjoyed the hospitality and food and were well supported by the Olympic representative and hotel staff, particularly main reception Merve. Would recommend.

you get what you pay for. We were lucky to see the sea from our window as a lot of other rooms' windows are turned to the road or into the yard. The shower was not quite clean, they were cleaning every day but selectively. They start cleaning at around 9am and finish at 3-4 pm, so u never know... More

This hotel was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed. The hotel room was dirty (and I mean unsanitary). For example, the throws on the bed were thread bare and hadn’t been washed, there were blood stains on the mattress and towels, the bathroom smelt of dirty drains (sewage) and was incrusted in mould and filth, the toilet... Overall we had a great time here at the Acacia Hotel. We arrived at the hotel at 3am, tired thirsty and hungry. We were shown to our room, which was really on the small side and facing the road, or as the agent said 'garden room'. We made our way to reception after checking in to find out if we... More

We have been here for almost 10 days but I wished to go back home from the first day , the worst thing in this club ( not Hotel ) is the food, there is no option for the kids , all chicken and turkey meats coming from the freezer and taste like dog food ! in 10 days we... More

The hotel is in a quiet location as many all inclusive hotels are. The gardens are lovely and the hotel sits on the seafront. The staff are lovely and very helpful. The bars serve reasonable drinks (and pastries around 5pm) the food is possibly a little below average with a small choice, we didn't enjoy the some of the salads... More

This hotel is probably the worst hotel in the world,it reminded me of butlins in the 1960's.The room we were given to start with was like a prison cell with one small window with a mesh to stop the mozzies and flies. The air con in the room was set at 18 degrees minimum and was as useful as a handheld...
