We rented Unit #29 and relatives rented Unit #28. We were a family with two children and the house was lovely and the perfect size. We had a bedroom and our daughters slept on a pull-out couch in the upstairs living area. Downstairs there was a larger living room, a kitchen and the bathroom. The entire complex is beautifully landscaped... More

It is really hard to convey in words what this place is like, you have to see it to believe it! Perched on a steep hillside with stunning views of the sea, an architect has lovingly created a medieval style Turkish stone village, with cobbles, arches, fountains and flower filled gardens. Each property in the village has its own unique... More

Yarbasan Holiday Homes is a wonderful place to relax, eat well, and enjoy the serenity of Ortakent in Bodrum. The new-old Roman Village architecture is beautiful as is the art throughout the restaurant and homes (created by Owner/Chef Asli's husband). The resort is run by Owner/Chef Asli Mutlu (www.yarbasanholidayhomes.com; www.erenler-sofrasi.com). Asli speaks fluent English as do most of the staff... More

Yarbasan Holiday Homes was a breathtaking place to spend our vacation. The accommodations were a step into the medieval past with the comforts of modernity - absolutely beautiful with quaint, homely touches that delighted our whole group. Comfortable and spacious, perfect for short-long stays. The views were spectacular. Would definitely return and recommend to anyone visiting Turkey.

I spent my last summer at Yarbasan Holiday Homes with my family and it was a great experience. I have been to Bodrum a few times but that summer was unmatchable. We had a brilliant view on the Aegean Sea from the house we stayed in. The houses are so good located that you can easily reach the city center... More

Me and my wife wanted to spend some quality time in Southern Turkey and we were lucky to have stumbled upon this unique place of tranquility and joy in Ortakent. The house we stayed at was a part of this authentic village full of designer houses who had some permament residents, as well as other visitors like us. The international... More

Away from the hubbub of Bodrum and located on a hill overlooking the sea, Yarbasan Holiday Homes offers amazing value for money. My husband and in-laws stayed here for several nights in our own private home, with an enormous kitchen, a stylish living room, TV den, and garden with swimming pool. Asli Mutlu, the owner of the on-site restaurant, makes... More

This is a place where an excellent replica of a traditional Bodrum setting with its houses, streets, village square and flora have been constructed on the side of a hill overlooking a wonderful green plain and the Mediterranean beyond it. Each of the 20 and some houses has a different traditional design. The details on the facades, in the gardens... More

We stayed in Yarbasan Evleri on a weekend with a group of old friends in a villa with a lovely garden, view and a pool. We had a large saloon, five rooms with bathrooms and a large kitchen. They were all elegantly furnished, clean and very comfortable. The house environment made us enjoy ourselves more both in the morning and... More

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Our description is correct. The problem is we were listed among the hotels in Ortakent Bodrum. And registered for bussiness listings for two months. But received no requests, so decided not to take the bussiness listing until the season started. When I looked at our listing today to my surprise we were not listed among the hotels in Ortakent at all. When I typed Yarbasan Holiday homes on the search button found us, listed as specialty lodging in Ortakent. There is no way a customer can find us that way since there is no option to look for specialty lodging. We are basicly a small Boutique Hotel & Villa's that has 16 rooms altogether. Would you please list us back among the hotels in Ortakent ? ... more   less
