As one of the cheapest online packages available you cannot expect 5 star. Yes the rooms were basic and there was loads of steps but if you looked before booking it did mention them not only on their site but in the reviews. We found the staff to be helpful and to be honest was quite embarrased to be british... more

The hotel was up a hill, with 40 steps to the reception, no good for people with walking or breathing difficulties. Staff were watching how much you eat and drink. Holidaymakers were great, had a laugh. The rooms were not very hygienic, just liveable. Their were queues for restaurant and bar all the time. Meals were catering for foreigners than... more

We booked this holiday at last minute as it was such a good price for two weeks all inclusive.... Out of the two weeks we ate once at the hotel, food was poor, drinks were hellish. The pool needed some maintainance done since some tiles were off and the white filter around the perimeter was loose at the corners. After... more

I travelled here on an all inclusive for one week in 2008 and had an amazing time. Some people could make a career out of moaning, you get what you pay for. We paid very little for the whole package and this place was great. The rooms had air conditioning which was great, and were quite large, with great views,... more

Anybody looking for a pleasureable value for money holiday DO NOT STAY HERE. The rooms were very dated..air conditioning unit was held together with sellotape, wardrobe door was hanging off, along with curtains. Bathroom desperately needed updating, basin tap was loose, shower was extremely difficult to get constant heat... you were either scolded or frozen. The food was very basic... more

I feel compelled to write this review after what I read. If like me you think that going all inclusive will save you a lot of money you are wrong. The food was vile and made me ill for a few days. It’s the same stuff which I suspect is reused if not finished the day before. I’m not usually... more

Although a lot of people say the hotel is not nice, and when i was there a lot of people were complaining about it, however i didnt mind it, and it was exactly what i paid for just over £400 for 2wks all inclusive. The pooli area and the grounds of the hotel were nice and the view from the... more

Exactly what we paid for.It was cheap and a good Holiday. If I were paying a Premium Summer rate then I would complain however it was adequate. Food was sufficient and there were lots of local places to eat if you wanted a change. Some people are expecting this place to be like Sandals. You pay 4 times as much... more

My partner and I arrived at the hotel about 9 oclock at night, we checked in reasonably quickly and was rather pleased with the proffesionalism of the staff. The hotel from outside looked very appealing yet once arrived at the room we was both dissapointed. The room was very basic and very small. One window was blocked from scenery due... more
