We had a fantastic time at the Isis spa and hotel, I'm not sure why people are marking it down - for the price we paid I was amazed at how lovely it was! We visited in October 2013 just before the end of season and stayed in a room on the second floor, which overlooked Gumbet bay - the... More

I visited this hotel by end of july for week. This hotel shouldn't be rated 5 star. Rooms are dirty, air conditioning not working properly. Damp and smells. Food range is less and very low quality. After my daughter find dead bug in her plate we had to purchase our food from external restaurants. Beech is good and their entertainment... More

This hotel should never been rated as a 5* in my opinion. Service and cleaning is not really good, some of the staff are helpful but most have no idea about what they are doing and not happy to work in this hotel that makes the guest unhappy too. Food was average but security was also a big failure, 2... More

My family and I have just returned from the Isis Hotel. The hotel is sold as a 5 * but at a push I would give it a rating of 2. The hotel is situated down a very steep hill and if the very dangerous hotel shuttle bus is running hold on tight as they speed down the hill and... More

We spent 10 days in ISIS Hotel and Spa between 21st of July and 31st of July and must say that we had an absolutely great time. The hotel is located not far away from Gumbet, around 20 minutes walk from the town centre or just few minutes away, if you take a taxi or dolmus (bus) .A taxi to... More

This hotel has some very mixed reviews and made me feel quite nervous about how I would find it, luckily I was not disappointed. We loved this hotel! I have come to the conclusion that TripAdvisor is full of nit pickers, some of the comments in the bad reviews are completely ludicrous. We found the room and the public areas... More
