We stayed here last year and from the start all went wrong. We were dropped off at 2.30am at a padlocked gate eventually found where to go after walking down an unlit road to another building. Took to room on 1st floor after we'd requested ground floor as they said none left. We were so tired thought we'd sort it... More

My daughter and I had the misfortune of staying here in August 2012. Our room had missing floor boards that was covered in a filthy old carpet. Your foot disappeared down holes and the bedside cabinets were sinking into the floor. The air conditioning leaked onto the wooden headboard which was all warped. The bathroom had not been cleaned all... More

I arrived at the hotel at 5am, polite staff, nice clean room and I thought everything was fine. The next morning I went down to the pool and I got a text off a friend asking me to meet him there, I was confused because I couldn't see him... Then I realised there was another pool. Packed with sunburnt, loud... More

This hotel drastically needs a little TLC, we thought our room was basic but was in need of a clean, but when speaking to others it was found that our room was one of the best there, as others had carpets covered in sick stains, air conditioners that soaked the beds, toilet seats that were falling off and showers that...
