I have just returned from a week's holiday here with my fiancé, my best friend and her boyfriend. I have stayed in a few 5* hotels across Europe but this isn't one of them. Granted, the hotel is in an excellent location (a taxi ride into Bodrum marina takes about 10 minutes and costs about £5/20TL) and has some good... More

The Grand Yaziji Spa in Bodrum is quite beautiful, but I wouldn’t recommend it. In the interest of full disclosure, I paid for my stay at this hotel with credit card bonus points, so it feels like I stayed there for free, if you know what I mean. Nevertheless… The grounds of this hillside hotel are gorgeous. The lines of... More

We are currently (June2015) staying in the hotel and can confirm that it most definitely is NOT a 5star hotel. The setting is beautiful and the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, but unfortunately that is where it ends. From the first evening we have had to speak to the manager in the restaurant about the service at dinner and... More

Just returned from 7 days here. Had low expectations as I am not easily annoyed when it comes to hotels, but I fel4 ripped off here. There was no heated pool like as was advertised. It was the one thing I wanted out of our first holiday to Turkey, and we were left disappointed. I had dreamt of swimming in... More

The hotel from a design and atheistic point of view is fantastic , but it lacks atmosphere and the full board option means a plastic menu with little variety, average quality food at best for a boutique hotel. Poor meze and little good quality Turkish foods. The hotel charged you for everything including water at lunch, and there is nothing... More

We travelled with Jet 2 holidays based on the beautiful views and high spec of the hotel. That much is true although a lot of corners have been cut and whilst the rooms are to a high standard everything else is starting to look a little tired. Including the outside areas and restaurant for breakfast and lunch. Starting with breakfast... More

Would be given 5 stars if they could improve menus and reception service! advertised having several restaurants but in fact only one did breakfast and lunch, and the other did dinner. Same menu every day which was rather limited and not worthy of a 4 let alone 5 star hotel. Quality of food and the view did make up for... More

My wife and I booked the Grand Yazici in Bodrum with Jet2holidays from 11th \ 18th June. The hotel is listed with Jet 2 as 5 star, and having never having done 5 stars we thought we'd give it a go. We were delighted with the quality of the furnishings of the hotel which were luxurious throughout. The pool has... More

We stayed there for our honeymoon for 4 nights in June 2015. It is a nice hotel with very thoughtful decoration. 5 min taxi to city center. But for going to the beach you should take hotel's shuttle and go to Torba beach. Very nice beach with good staff. Breakfast is always the same. Bar and Spa are too expensive.... More

The Grand Yazici Bodrum, luxury boutique and spa, is in so many ways a perfect advertisement for just where Turkey sees itself in the up and blossoming luxury holiday market. This said either luxury or boutique needs to be cut. Flowing, expansive, tall corridors, floors and walls of faux marble, tall ceilings with huge suspended chandeliers, decorated with hangings of...
