We were placed in this hotel as the hotel we had actually booked was not available. I have never stayed in such an inhospitable and petty hotel in my life.I travel a lot through Business. The greatest shame is that this hotel could be so much better.....it has a nice pool etc. Some of the things which we observed.... Staff... more

I was Memsey's holiday companion on this trip and have to say I agree with the comments made. We booked via an English travel company so naturally assumed there would be other English/British people in the hotel - wrong!! For the whole of our stay we were the only English speaking guests and didn't we know it. Most were Turkish... more

We have just returned from a 2 week stay at this hotel & would definately NOT recommed it for British visitors. The staff spoke very little or no English & made no effort to make us feel welcome, infact very much the opposite, they were surly & made use feel very unwelcome.
