Dedaman is a great group of hotels rates as ***** in Turkey. The rooms have a great ambience and the hotel management is really efficient in maintaining the hotel. I really loved the food and hotel. A place to stay for sure in Ankara. more

I was with a 22 person tour group. We were checked in very efficiently! The staff seemed efficient and inobtrusive enough. Our room did overlook the large hole in the back, certainly nothing to brag about. The food was plentiful and good. more

The lobby is beautiful and the rooms are well kept, modern, and clean with plenty of room to spread out. Unlike other Dedeman properties that I stayed at, this one doesn't offer free internet access. The hotel is located in a neighborhood. You need a cab or bus to get to the action; however, there are a few bars and... more

This hotel is poor. Some of the rooms have been recently renovated - on the left coming out of the lift. On the right they are just about ok but not equivalent to the hotel star rating. The disadvantage of the renovated rooms is that they overlook a taxi rank, which can be quite noisy. The hotel is undertaking construction... more

Whoever gave this hotel 5 Star must have been out of his mind! This hotel is so awful that I dont even know from where to start! The rooms are equal 2 or max 3 star standards, but worse than that they are dirty and old. Disgusting bathroom. It took me 20 mins. I checked in and 20 mins later... more

I stayed there for 3 nights in a single room. I had exam and I needed a quiet room. Pros: Near city centre, quiet room, room quality was 4 star overall, Good variety for breakfast (although I ate only bread and honey for my exam) and breakfast is served 6:30 - 10:30 ( good flexibility in your schedule) Cons: you... more

This is an out and out tourist hotel, not supportive of the business traveller. I think that I had about 16 hours sleep in total in the 5 nights I stayed there. The non-smoking floor is only applicable if the hotel is not full. Otherwise your chain-smoking neighbour will invade your room via the poor wall insulation. Given that it... more

We reserved two rooms. Both rooms were so dirty and smelly. The cooler was leaking water. We told the staff but nobody fixed it until we have to tell them over and over. They don't let food in the rooms and there is a person at the door checking people's purse and getting their food. It was extremely noisy and... more

I have stayed a few times at Dedeman in Ankara and I find the hotel to be above average but nothing spectacular. One drawback is that half of their rooms have not yet been renovated so make sure that when you book your room you try to get into one of the renovated ones. At the time of me writing... more
