The location of the hotel is great. It's nice to sit on the terrace of the hotel. The staff is really kind and helpful. The breackfast is excellent. My room was comfortable (including the bed) and clean. The design is very special: everything is gold both outside and inside. The gold is so much that you must find it funny... More

The overall experience was actually positive, the price was good, the rooms clean even though the decor was, in my opinion, quite silly. As two tall people, me and my husband had problems sleeping in the round bed because it reaches its full length only in the middle so there will be problem with limbs sticking out of it, unless... If you don't like the color gold, skip this place. Otherwise, it's fairly good value for the money. It's located in a leafy Ankara neighborhood that's pretty quiet. Service was friendly, and the receptionist's recommendations were helpful, although we had trouble finding a relatively inexpensive restaurant in the area. (We didn't look for very long, I admit.) We were upgraded... More

The design of the hotel is the worst i have ever seen. Everything in golden color. .. Anyway location is good but rooms are small and smelling. I couldn't have a shower when i saw opened shower gel and shampoo in the shower which means that they haven't clean the that place before my stay.. I do not recommend here... More

The Golden Boutique Hotel may not have the class of the Sheraton around the corner, but it makes for a fun trip to Ankara! The other reviews mention the staff not speaking very good English, but don't let that put you off if you are happy to find your own way around Ankara. We were in town to go to... More

The place is nicely located near the Argentina street with lots of cafes and restaurants around. It's a boutique hotel, with nice rooms and some with street side views. The breakfast is served to the room if requested at no extra charge, and what I loved about the hotel. As the name of the hotel suggests, most things are actually... More

After looking online at the photos of this hotel, I had to stay here... The hotel staff was friendly and there is always at least one on staff present who speaks English. Valet parking is free, but I would suggest you don’t need to rent a car here as the taxis are plentiful and cheap and the location is great... More

Looking at the pictures you would think to go into a super kitsch hotel. Indeed it is. BUT apart for that the hotel is very nice, clean, comfortable and silent. I was in Ankara for work so I needed to sleep well and have quite rooms. I had a very large room (more than needed) and a very large bathroom.... More

The name and photos persuaded us to have a try of this hotel for the kitsch value. Surprisingly it wasn't as kitsch as we thought it would be and the rooms were surprisingly tasteful. And we experienced two of them in the end! We were staying at this hotel for one night to break the long drive back from Cappadocia... More
