Paid 100YTL per night for a double room with twin beds directly from their website, which is very good for an Ankara hotel and their location.
Located about 50 metres from Maltepe Station. Just take the exit for 'Gulseren Sokak', turn left out of the station through the park, and the hotel is on the first right. Perfect location really to either get to the city centre or to walk to Anıtkabir (Ataturk's mausoleum).
Exterior of the hotel looks nice. Checked-in fine and the staff were friendly, but spoke minimal English.
Rooms were very basic and old. Smallest TV I've ever seen in a hotel (but then many people don't go to watch TV). Bathroom was clean with hot water. Free wireless Internet in the rooms. Just ask for the password during check-in. Did have a heating problem in our room though. It got very hot during the night and we couldn't seem to turn the heating off.
