Never ever stay here!!! About 4 in the morning they started knocking .. Calling your room just to get your money... Regardless of you sleeping.. Bad service ever.. They don't even know how to deal with customers... If there is page where you can vote for the worst hotel.. I'd gladly nominate NICE HOTEL to be number 1 .. Thumbs... More

My mother and I stayed in Kabayan Hotel, Cubao for the night more than 2 weeks ago after watching a concert in Araneta and we both had a good night sleep. The room was clean, the staff were nice and the aircon was not noisy at all. My only complain is the location. You have to pass a dimly lit... More

This was a rather disappointment of a hotel. The rooms were small, stuffy. If my sister didn't come along to our Philippines trip, I wouldn't know what to do. We had a good location. And free breakfast daily. However, those things did not make up for the poor quality of this hotel.

stayed for two days. good, clean hotel with free breakfast and menu is different each day, good food too. chose this primarily for the price and its location near the araneta coliseum. 7 eleven nearby and malls within walking distance too. overall a good experience.

Beds are extremely hard. there is quite a bit of street noise but it is drowned out by the clanking and groaning antiquated air-con. No coffee or tea making fascilities. no refrigerator. WiFi is only reliable on the ground floor. Wherever you look you are surrounded by religious texts, even in the rest room Food is so-so. Bookings must be... More

I would say Kabayan hotel is one of the few good value for money hotels in this area, comparing it with the likes of sogo and eurotel nearby. The location is central although kinda dodgy with strip clubs and beerhouses within the vicinity. Because of this, it can't be helped that rooms are noisy as jeeps ply the front 24/7.... More

Prisons have better facilities. This place was a total disappointment. Staff is friendly, room are small decadent, beds are hard rubber mattress, TV is 12 inch but worked, No toliletories, shower was OK. No WIFI in the room. Almost like you are disconnected from modern civilization.

After typhoon pedring left our area without electricity, my husband and I decided to spend the night at Kabayan Hotel Cubao with our 4 year old daughter. It was really a value for our money especially since we got the room at a discounted rate. The room was spacious enough and clean. I like the fact that it has one... More
