My husband and I visited the Philippines last May, and we decided to take the Deluxe room, and we are so disappointed because the room was terrible. The bath tub has holes in it; also the curtain has molds they don't even change or at least clean or wash the curtain. The water also was leaking, and the sink wasn't... More

We booked for 3 nights and was very disappointed. Very slow service. We waited 40 minutes to check-in although the room was book already 4 days before our arrival. Receptionist (on duty at that time) is quite a snab! Not friendly at all. Disappointed when we enter the room, old and with stained carpet. Smelly. Air-con very noisy and not... More

I just loved coming back to this hotel everytime I visited the Philippines for our annual golf tour. We are a group of amateur Golf players based in Southern California. About 14 people stayed in this hotel from January 28 thru February 8, this year. I supervised this people as one of the coordinator of our club, Philiipine golf escapades.... More

Where do I start? The room was filthy with stained carpets, musty drapes, dirty bed linens, and a chair that smelled of urine. The bathroom was dark and moldy and every plumbing fixture leaked. The room I was in fronted on Quezon Avenue and the noise was constant and loud, and I was unable to sleep at all the one... More

This hotel is surprisingly unkempt. The smell once you enter the room was so stale. The bathroom was so dirty and moldy. The carpet was so dusty leaving a mark in your sole once you walk barefoot. My allergic rhinitis was triggered making me sleepless due to nasal stuffiness. The only positive I can comment was when a staff helped... More

Upon arrival at the hotel, my luggage was taken care of by the bellboy. The room was clean and daily taken care off. AC was working well. Water pressure for bath was strong with hot water, Wake up call was on time and repeated if I don't answer. The hotel personnel was courteous and with smile; always ready to help when needed.The... I stayed here on three different occasions during January 2014 with a group booking for a total of 6 nights. On the whole our experience of this hotel is that it does not provide reasonable accommodation for its guests. Its a very large hotel, with inadequate maintenance making the rooms very uncomfortable as a result. We stayed in the high... More

The place is horrible! The bedroom drapes are filthy, dusty, broken & very old just like the restrooms! The carpeting needs to be changed too, they smell awful...the bedrooms itself smell terrible...the bedrooms & the function rooms are supposed to be cool & relaxing...on the contrary, the rooms were steaming hot! We had to bring electric fans to at least... More
