Super confusing booking in with an extra deposit system that doesn't work. Unfriendly staff and eerily silent. In fact, I didn't see any other guests. There are lots of security guards. More security guards than guests. Most of them asleep on the big chairs in the foyer. Rooms are dank and musty. I squatted one bedbug, but didn't see any... More

My group chose to stay here for its proximity to abs cbn station where our school sent reps for a debate competition. I booked thru agoda. It's cheaper there compared to their published rates. We had a smooth check in. They asked 1000 pesos incidental fee. Room is clean, a bit old (goes with its theme though). All our request... More

It was nice for a budget hotel. The bathroom of my standard room was amazing (bath tub, hot water, water pressure, etc). But the rooms were just old. The tables were broken, the tv didnt have a remote and it wasnt flat screen. The bed and the pillows were hard. The blanket and comforter was not nice too; they were... More

Charged twice. Paid via internet booking then have to pay cash when i checked in. Reception dont believe i paid via net. Haven't received refund yet. Internet charge is also astronomic- should be free like others.

They provide clean rooms sheets and beds and extra pillows for affordable prices like a $1.. Mainly it is in the heart of the Circle you can get to downtown areas in... More

I stayed at Camelot a couple of days ago and probably won't go back there. As mentioned the staff are friendly but the place is fairly well run down and old. My toilet had problems and I found it very bizarre that the toilet roll is actually situated directly behind you above the toilet near the flush button. So unless... More

I have stayed @ The Camelot a number of times and it has a friendly warm atmosphere, the staff are very good nothing is too much trouble, a previous review by "expat_in_hongkong is now out of date as the hotel suffered a very bad fire since that review and has been completely refurbished and is of a very high standard,... I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past 8 years that I have been visiting Manila. The location in Quezon City is not bad and don't be intimidated by the fact that its located next to a squatter's area. In fact, that is why I still love going there. This hotel puts you far away from all... More
