No customer service at all! Will never go back. Front desk do not know what customer service is all about. They will alway use this excuse " sorry but it was not endorsed to me". Management assigned a newly hired front desk personnel during the evening shift who has no idea what she is doing or what to do. Key... More

I came across this property incidentally. There occurred heavy showers and typhoon warnings on our way to the reserved hotel in Makati area in Manila. Thus we had no choice other than getting in to a hotel in the Quezon area through which we were passing by.The driver took us to this hotel amidst heavy thunder showers and we had to be... Stayed here with family because close to major resterasunts near Timog Ave. Busy street. Friendly staff. Food reasonably, with buffet breakfast provided. Free wifi in rooms and comfortable beds to spend the night. Not a long family holiday destination, but recommend for solo or business trips.

Since I have normal eyes, I never have seen such a comments. Maybe they are not traveler. There is no restruant near by this hotel. U should spend a time for 10 or 15 minitue to get the shop. Some room, There is no moble... More

All the people that work here are friendly and very helpful. It's true they don't give you much with the free breakfast but it's enough to fill you up. The restaurant serves good food at a good price. The place is also convenient and provides easy access to all the other restaurants and bars that are just minutes away. They've... More

This hotel is weirdly frustrating because it has potential but doesn't perform up to par. Stay here 3-4x/month and so far, the only improvement carried out is that they FINALLY provide a little cut on the toothpaste plastic tubes so I won't have to rip them off with my teeth. I'd say OK - inspite of the shower that doesn't... More

I checked in recently and this is what I experienced. (1) I could not get dinner because the kitchen staff walked out at 8pm to celebrate their own festive events. (2) The WiFi did not work, and it took THREE telephone calls, and ONE hour later the lady turned up. She claimed its work, but failed to get my laptop... More

The good things- 1-excellent location-corner of E.Rodriguez and tomas Morato. So many good restos along Tomas Morato or Timog Avenue (a bit farther but worth it).Malls are quite close by too-Trinoma and SM North Edsa is close by;try the relaxing jazz cafe in Stone House (walking distance after the petrol station);cabs can be hailed easily at any time of the day....
