The location is perfect, the shopping mall Robinson's Galleria can be reached through their connecting passage on the 3rd floor. Cleanliness I would rate to be excellent, although it says to be a fairly new hotel, there are some parts that needs to be repaired already (in our bathroom ). I stayed here two (2) nights.. May 18/19, 2009.. What I really like about this hotel is it's location.. Walking distance from lots of things and places.. While some may say that walking around by yourself in Manila is dangerous, I've never subscribed to that thought-- I do take basic precautions however.. Staff was very attentive, rooms were clean and spacious. I did have problems w/ the airconditioner and refrigerator not working, but like I said, staff was very attentive and immediately had someone replace the fridge and fix the airconditoner. Crown plaza was really a good hotel, very pleasent staff and great service. It's location is not really good. It is far a way from most of the city's attractions, and it is very difficult to reach to it due to the heavy traffic around it. more

We loved the Crowne Plaza. At the end of a long week of travel and less impressive hotels this was amazing. Everything was clean and comfortable. The huge bathroom felt like an oasis. The little touches of wine glasses in the rooms and the beautiful closets were lovely. And given the price, it was quite a value. Breakfast was amazing!... more
