I've seen a trend over the last 2 years with this hotel. The staff is less friendly and helpful, the rooms are aging and the food have really become awful. I used to highly recommend this hotel, but lately I have not been as pleased with my experience. The internet used to be very expensive, but they now offer it... more

This review is not out of any malice but rather just a sincere reminder to everyone intending to lodge in this hotel and will be reviewed most assuredly, in an obejctive manner. The Good: 1. Staff was very courteous, polite and accomodating. 2. A Starbucks located adjacent to the hotel lobby, with Wifi capability. 3. No roach/rodent seen in our... more

I checked in this hotel as a last resort. My wife had recommended it because her aunt stayed there couple of years back and said it was a pretty good hotel. Maybe that was true before but not anymore. The staff was rude. The reception people kept on hanging up right away as if in a hurry. I understand that... more

This hotel should not be associated to the Accor name. We have travelled the world and usually stay at Accor Hotels. The name is associated with quality and confort. This hotel was totally the opposite. Had to Change Rooms three times. We reserved a two bedroom suite and got a two bedroom hole which included roaches, dirty bed sheets, walls,... more

I found this hotel, alittle over priced for what I paid I excepted more. The room was to my standards, I guess. Problems with the tables in the room, they all seemed to be unstable, I had to put a magazine under one of the legs so that the table would stop moving... The fridge was extremely loud at times?... more

We stayed for five days at the Imperial Palace in late December and again for one night on Jan 2, 2009. We have stayed at this hotel many times in the past but we will surely not return. The first problems started with the reservations and then went down hill. The breakfast that was included was the worst I have... more

Hmmmm, too loud to sleep, the food is inedible. hot water sometimes. The breakfast buffet is not worth the ride to the top floor. the only saving grace is there is a starbucks on the ground level. All of the rooms need decent windows, The street noise in the front is constant and the discos at night pound until 4am.... more

I have been travelling internationally 25 years. I most often stay at Holiday Inn properties (includes Crown Plaza and Intercontinental) throughout Asia but thought of making a switch to Accord hotels following 3 separate stays at the Pullman Bangkok King Power in Thailand which I very much enjoyed. I decided to try an Accord property in the Philippines, the Imperial... more

In terms of location, nothing beats this hotel. It is in the heart of Quezon City. It is near to everything: restaurants, bars, entertainment, etc. The best thing about this hotel is the staff. The staff are very courteous and friendly. The only problem about this hotel is that the facilities are a rather old. I think this hotel really... more

I needed a place in Quezon City and tried this place out. My rate was $75/net for their suite room. It was booked on asiatravel.com It was a exceedingly mediocre facility as far as infrastructure. The location was central to my needs in QC, but it is not near the nightlife or shopping of Makati or Ortigas (or even Cubao).... more
