Its been such a surprise that no one's been getting back to me on the meeting rooms requests despite all the reminders and follow-ups for the past 3 days . Having my first experience dealing with the meeting rooms team, I am totally disappointed in the service of this hotel . On top of this, the staff were too pushy,... More

After checking in, their bellman did'nt even care to assist though they saw me with so much stuff to carry..The elevator is too old, keypad's numbers were removed you just have to guess what floor you will go to..Corridor has an unpleasant smell, it's too dark and mosquitoes were in my room. No direct numbers to the department where you... More

I was never happy with the service. Booked in this hotel for 4 days and absolutely non-recommendable: front desk staff was very lousy, hotel amenities will be available upon request, breakfast is such a pathetic offering and please, change your towels. They're too old. Overall observation, staff needs more costumer service training. I hope this will help improve your service.... More

They renovated the rooms that's a plus, good ambiance. But, may i suggest that you clean the tiles in the swimming pool area,it's dirty. And also, my husband left his ID at the lobby upon check-out. The front desk officer did not even bother to return it or did she also forget about it??? No one even bothered to call... More

The hotel is old. The room has furniture full of mites that made me sneeze all night. The WiFi speed was very slow, terrible signal even at the lobby. The TV was old and fuzzy. I was with allergy all the next day. So I looked for another better hotel. I told them that will not stay 1 more night... More

The hotel is ok for a one-stop one-night stay, but I would only choose this hotel if a nearby hotel (Luxent) is fully booked. While the room of this hotel and Luxent are comparable, the following items made me choose Luxent: 1) Imperial had no slippers 2) Imperial made me park outside (I don't know if they had indoor parking)... Though I was not amused when I saw the facade of the Hotel, it definitely needs a revamp and some more investment in the infrastructure, the moment I stepped inside, everything changed. I was greeted by Joseline and Rachel, the always smiling and... More
