It was raining hard and so we had to stop driving because the streets were slowly flooding. We passed by Fersal Inn in Matalino St. We decided to just check in, after all, my fiance got loads of work-related stuff to finish, all due the next day. A bigger and more comfortable work space would help him pull an all... More

I find the place small however, I must say that this little hotel is clean and comfy. The people are very accommodating and they all love you which makes you love them too. Their conference room is really nice but its hot and the lighting is not good. The sound of the machine printing the receipts is too noisy that... More

The hotel is good located near many restaurants and various shops. The room I was assigned was not worth the PHP 2750 per day I paid for that; it was small (especially the bathroom) and the furniture was a bit old and worn out. However the room equipment was complete (safe, sleepers, thooth brush and paste, free wifi) and bed... More

I was in room 502. It had two single beds and a large picture window with a great view. There was wifi in the hotel, but I could never get it in my room. I had to go to the lobby each night to have access. There was ac, tv, water kettle, cups, etc. the food in the restaurant might... More

Good value option if you want to stay in a quiet area of QC. I found it safe to walk around at night. Plenty of places to eat and a range of foods to suit the locals. Not a tourist area, but a good place to stay if you just need a bed. Very clean, great staff, pleasant reception area... More

At no time during my 1 week stay here did I feel unsafe. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and attentive. Myself and two other colleagues are vegetarian and the chef designed a special menu for us for the week which was greatly appreciated as we were here for business/functions throughout the day and ate breakfast and lunch here daily.... I was in Quezon City for two weeks building houses with Habitat Philippines. We were a group of 13 volunteers from the US and we found this hotel to be (a) clean (b) very accommodating staff, friendly and helpful (c) a great low cost option. There is not much to see or do within walking distance, but the neighborhood is... More

While in the Philippines for work, the Fersal on Kalayaan messed up our reservation and we ended up at the Malakas Street Fersal - and we were glad for it! The hotel was clean, well appointed, in an okay location and offered free breakfast. All in all, an okay value for money.

i'm quite focused on service and cleanliness. while other staff seemed ok, the receptionist was perpetually on the phone and i could not get through from the room to call. and even when right in front of her, the phone was more important. i dont like their no advanced breakfast pack for earlier than 6am check out. most hotels do... I stayed here while visiting family for the first time in the Philippines. It was conveniently located in the same neighborhood as my family. It is really easy to get a taxi to and from here or if you are more adventurous, using the "Tricycle" to get around. I stayed for a few nights, then traveled around and came back... More
