The staff did not follow the vision and mission of hotel when checked in and out. They kept on ignored guest and unfriendly toward foreigners. They even let unwanted outsiders to disturb the guest. No elevator in the hotel for 4 storey building. The room is ok but old type of air conditioner without remote control. I saw they put... More

You can have a double room for about 1500 with free plated breakfast and wifi. 3-storey building with no elevator so if you are carrying heavy and bulk luggages, better prepare ahead of time. Location is near araneta center cubao around 10-min walk and sorrounded by residentials with some shaddy houses so be carefully when you go out late at... More

Fersal Hotel chains are very well known for keeping their rooms clean and tidy, sheets are always fresh and smelling great, and this branch did not fail my expectation. This is smaller compared to the other branch, no elevator, you have to climb the stairs. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The location is quite far to walk if you... More

The hotel is clean and rooms are maintained daily. Service at the downstairs Inn Cafe is good at breakfast and slow at dinner - we waited around 45 minutes for food to come out and there wasn't anyone else around. Food is average. Beds are hard and the fridge freezes anything not in the door compartment. Mezzanine level and main... More

Very clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and service is also very good! Although the location is not in the ideal place.. the rooms inside are very neat, no bad smell. Although there are no elevator since its only 4-storey bldg, the hallway and stairs are quiet and bright. My friends and I stayed there for only one... More

Fersal hotel was my lodge during the 3 days I was in Manila. I picked it because it is near the Quezon Memorial Circle where the run event I was attending starts. It is a short taxi ride away from the metro station and it is also near some Korean BBQ and local cuisine restaurants and even the Starbucks cafe.... More

This is a small but clean and well staffed hotel close to a lot of shopping! The breakfast choices are somewhat limited and sometimes not well cooked or hot but if you make it know, they will make it right. Not close to the airport or Makati (main buisness area).

This was our first visit to Manila and I don't think this is a very good area to stay in for first timers. Didn't feel safe walking around. Hotel is good value for money though and staff and friendly. Free breakfast is very basic, hotel is 5 mins walk to bus stations and gateway mall.

I stayed here last week to bridge the gap between an 11:30 pm arrival and a 12 am connecting flight. Although the hotel is an hours taxi-ride away from the airport it's worth it as the costs of the taxi is only around $20. The hotel is located on a quiet sidestreet, has friendly staff and while the rooms aren't... More
