we attended a seminar in quezon city and delegates were billeted in sulo riviera hotel. it was refurbished and the suite room where we stayed in was fabulous in appearance. the receiving room was wide and there is a mini garden where one can smoke or meditate. i guess the new owners focused more on the interiors of the rooms.... Noisy hotel. Bad food. Bad internet. Mr. Andre Miguel J. Leongson, the one who assisted us was very rude during our checkout. He said that the credit card that we used to book the room in Expedia is already expired well in fact it was not. He was sluggish doing his "verification" when he knew that we are in a... More

Ok it may not be in the same category as Sheraton, Holiday Inn etc but it is the best you will find in Quezon city in my opinion for business/family trips. It is an older property but retains a certain charm and elegance, The staff are very polite and well trained. It seems they are a lot of them to... More

I've visited this place again for the 2nd time through my friends invitation. The function room is a newly reinvented and refurbished interior. The staff are friendly and easy to approach and also the food is nice.

Toilette and drains are old and they are a good way for cockroaches to get into the room. WIFI super slow. Breakfast not great but not too bad. Minibar is too noisy, I had to unplug the power cable to sleep. Personnel very nice and polite... but reception too slow. After one week I checkout and went to another hotel... More

I spent a week in this hotel in December while on a business trip. The hotel is pleasantly decorated and fairly clean. The food is nice and has a good breakfast buffet. The staff are friendly, although the reception desk is terribly slow, allow good half hour for checking out. The main issue with this hotel is noise. The corridors... More

The Sulo Riviera is 30-90 minutes away from the Manila airport, depending on traffic, which is notoriously congested. The Hotel is situated near the University of the Philippines at Diliman. There's little in the way of dining or shopping opportunities within walking distance, but relatively short (in distance, not time) cab rides provide lots of options. The hotel lobby was... More

Been here a couple of times, even before it got renovated but the last time I went here was last November for an Awards Ceremony. Over-all, I would say that we had a very good stay there. As organizers, we got there early to set-up our trophies and laptops, etc but we were surprised to see that the room was... More

We stayed at Sulo Hotel last April 2014 for 3 days and 2 nights for my university graduation. We booked 3 rooms on the ground floor right across the hotel lounge/buffet. Since I earlier I was tasked to secure a hotel reservation for my family, I checked out different hotels near our campus and aside from the University Hotel, Sulo... More

It was worst experience i had in this hotel. Worst is a small word. It started from the very first day itself, when hotel shuttle did not reached airport for pickup and we were not informed, had to struggle to get a cab. Hotel wifi is just for name, no use of connection. Food menu just keep on repeating for... More
