Awful hotel and low cost service for a hotel like that, by example no kettle in the room and amenities for just one person. The room was very dark and small, the flat TV is comparable to a laptop, and there was a problem with the flush of toilet, not repaired despite our request. But the more nightmare concerned our... A simple hotel is (or should always be): the guest pays for a room, and this room should provide a quite space. Whether one is on holiday or needs to recharge after a day of work, the room must offer the possibility to rest. The Sulo, as others have noted before, simply doesn’t get it. It’s overall a nice enough... More

My car was hit by the valet attendant and he just laughed about. I told the people at the concierge but didnt get any resolution the whole day. Worst, the valet attendant that hit me just laughed it off throughout the ordeal, no apologies from his end or from the hotel. Maybe the frontliners should be trained again on how... More

Dear Ms Mel Gonzales, Warmest greetings from the Sulo Riviera! The Sulo Riviera hotel is good: the environment is nice, clean enough, elegant, food is good and staff always very kind and polite. But there are a few problems: - quite often there are weddings or birthday parties and the hotel becomes very noisy - I had a few problems with room appliances: no hot water, air condition not working... for the price this accommodation is pretty good. It's spacious, clean and have a free, full, typical Filipino breakfast and satisfying. It's close to areas around Metro-Quezon city. It also offers good privacy. It's dated though. Staff are attentive and courteous.

Nice venue for small meetings and seminars. The function room was good and just enough to accommodate us. Their food was also good and have a variety to choose from. When it comes to service, the waiters were very alert and assisted us well with our needs.

We had our wedding at Sulo Riviera last June 21, 2014. From the first time we went there and were still scouting for our reception- everyone was already so friendly and accomodating. Cozy room design (stayed at the ambassador suite for two nights; first night for wedding preparation). Good color palette and ample space. Bathroom though needs to be renovated (tiles are old already) and upgraded asap (no bath tub for a suite). Limited breakfast buffet (there's no bacon which is sad).

First up, this hotel is rather small. It is along Matalino Street and matalino means "intelligent". All the streets in that area are named after desirable attributes. I stayed on the ground level and the room window directly faces the main street junction. Now, I do not know if travelers like such a view. It lends an air of a... More

This Hotel was nice in appearance and the staff always smile. The unfortunate part is that they schedule weddings and parties every night on the weekend and don't inform the guest until the after the fact. Loud base vibrates your room until midnight or 1am.
