Horrible place to stay. Roaches everywhere and dirty room, dirty pillows and linens. Hallway and walls dirty. Will move out of here ASAP! This place used to be clean. In dire need of updating! Not worth the money. I cant even say i get what i paid for cause this hotel is beyond horrible. Will not come back and will... More

Large rooms, too large for what they are. Split them in half and still big enough. It is a very budget hotel and should not bear 3 stars, it is 2 star if not just 1.5. No internet in room (apparently changing later in 2013). Everything is old and sucked out of its life. Old small tube TV half a... More

Tonight, I am meeting my friend from abroad and decided to stay in this hotel since it is closest to where my guy friend was temporarily staying. Here's what I have to say: Pros: Spacious room and rest room Very good airconditioning Cable TV Closest to the mall and other restos Cons: No elevators. Not advisable for elderly, people with... My how this hotel has gone downhill... Stayed here several times during past visits to Manila due to its excellent location but our latest stay takes the cake. I woke up in the middle of the night to something crawling over my face; a peek in the bathroom revealed half the population of Quezon city in cockroaches scurrying away faster... More

The hotel rate matches with its service, specifically the coffee shop staff . this is my last time to stay in this hotel. Low room rate with low service quality. dont choose this hotel if you want to have a good day.

Of course the hotel was chosen because of the strategic location. The room price is fair and also comes with breakfast. You just have to be patient in reviewing which agency to contact because the hotel does not have an official website. For three days, we stayed at the studio room at the third floor only to find out they... More

Sadly my stay in this hotel was prompted by the death of my brother last December 5. For those purposes it was an excellent place to stay--just beside Arlington Memorial Chapel in Quezon City. We stayed for 2 nights and had 3 rooms. The building is quite old and tired but revamped. But the location is so central. One hop... More

The hotel is a five minute walk from SM Centerpoint and is close to Save More foods and some restaurants which is a plus. The room we had was very spacious and the air conditioning worked properly. For breakfast you have a choice of 3 breakfasts I believe which were all Filipino breakfasts (rice, eggs, and your choice of longanisa, etc.). The... More

Nicely located in the center of Manila where you could coveniently commute to different places. This hotel is good for a short term stay as there are only 2 twin beds in each room. The rooms are cleaned everyday, although they may need exterminating as roaches shows up every now & then in the rooms. The building is old but... More

LOCATION This hotel is in a central location. It is off a main street, and there are a handful of restaurants within walking distance, as well as a supermarket. The main shopping centre chain (SM) is also within walking distance; SM Centrepoint. Location wise, there are plenty of tricycles parked near the entry, but you must check the prices first... More
