I stayed in this hotel on official trip to Manila with my boss and a couple of colleagues. The hotel is superb as to its location because it is near Trinoma and Sm Edsa malls. Also very near night life in Quezon City. After the very stressful day of work, we went out to dine and drink just a block... More

+ Location is good.. walking distance to establishments. - The basement parking. Low ceiling and dark. Plus elevator is only until basement 1, so we have to use creepy stairs to basement 2. Both basements and the stairs smell. Hallways also smell moldy. Hotel restaurant is closed during Sundays so even a request for ice isn't possible.

Staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Breakfast was excellent one day and alright the next I think it may have been a different cook. Bed was a bit hard but I slept well. This was during a hot part of the year and the A/C did just fine. We stayed on the 6th floor and the maid was also extremely... More

I really liked the service. All the staff was very kind and helpful. The facilities are very nice and the rooms have plenty of space. We happen to be there during the typhoon so we were stuck in the hotel for a whole day. I'm glad we had everything we needed in there. The room came with a daily massage... More

I stayed in this HORRIBLE hotel for 2 days! Breakfast was NO good, Reception people were brainless! They dont know what customer service is and dont even know how to promote the facilities of their own hotel! (They have a spa but had to find out myself). There is no 24hours room service! How come you pay this amount of... More

Beware which room you book. Some are just boxes and no balcony which they don't make clear. If you want to change they will try and charge full rack rate. Totally unethical. Need to make sure they only offer boxes!

Stayed 2 wks at this property this June 2013. Per the reviews I've read, I was prepared not to set high expectations. Actually, if you have realistic ones, then you'll be fine staying at this condotel. We stayed in their 2 bedroom loft suite since I was told it could fit 4 people. One room had a queen bed, while... The Torino Deluxe Suite was very spacious and so is the bathroom. One time though the water pressure at the shower was weak and water wouldn't drain properly. However it got fixed afterwards. The complimentary breakfast at the restaurant was good. I loved the mangoes. The pool area was nice too, not too big but it was okay. The staff... More

Strategically located in quezon city, near almost all establishments. I'd give an A for service. The room that we had, milano suite, was big enough especially the bathroom, i like it that the shower is not above the bath tub itself. For cleanliness' sake, i like it. I jut wish there were power switches near the bed for convenience.

Stayed here on January 13th with my then fiancee-now-wife. Things that we liked: 1) Location is superb. You are a few blocks away from Starbucks, banks, convenience stores and restaurants. 2) Staff are excellent. Norman did a very great job helping us. 3) Hotel itself is clean (thankfully). 4) Our room was spacious and the sunrise view is excellent from... More
