Having that kind of security guards in the Regalia Park tower is not as helpful as they must be. I would like to share my experiences (NOTE: Experiences) because of what had happened when I was living in the tower. Security guards are awful! They don't even help tenants in the tower like what I have experienced their. One late... More

My company booked me here for a week for business and I checked out after only a few hours because of how awful it was. 1. I walked into my room and noticed that entire wall facing the air-conditioning was covered in splotches of mold and mildew (about 20 quarter/peso size spots). 2.The bed was hard and there were spots... I really regret that I have purchased an online deal to book with this Hotel. Initially,i have checked their website and quite amazed of their amenities and what has the deal offered me. lt was an overnight stay with their Deluxe Room for 2 person and came with free dinner and breakfast and use of pool and gym. No problem... More

If you're in a tight budget and needing a hotel to stay for a week or so, I would say go for regalia. Its a basic condotel in a great location. Araneta center is a stone throw away. The nearest MRT station is about 10 mins walk. Greenhills is $2 away by cab. There's a lot of room for improvement... More

I was on a month holiday in the Philippines (November 5 to the 30th 2011). Because of the previous good experience with Regalia Tower Suites, I decided to book 4 nights (November 22 until 26, 2011) only to find that this hotel was beyond my or every guests expectations. The hotel location is very strategic, considering that easy access to... More

This hotel sucks.. The website looks like it has decent rooms and facilities but oh no.. the conference room is dirty, the hotel overall is dirty and unkempt, staff at the reception are unprofessional and inefficient - i've waited an hour checking out. The only good thing about this hotel is that their restaurant staff are really attentive to the... More

Our first stay and we were attracted by the value for money..we should have known better as this hotel was pretty rough around the edges (chipped tiles, lots of mildew, loose fittings, the WORST bed yet etc.) If you have to stay in QC it is a great location, close to shops (SM, greenhills, megamall) and transport (EDSA, MRT/LRT), otherwise... The facility is just fine, but the attention to detail is sorely lacking: No bellman (at least at 9:00 p.m.) - so lug your own bags. (From the entry door, up to the 15th floor where the "lobby" is, and then up to your room floor.) When we checked in they gave us our room keys, but OOPS didn't code... More

The rooms are exactly the way it was advertised in the website. I'm satisfied with what I got with the price I paid for. As compared with other hotels with the same price nothing beats this hotel. I'm just a little bit disappointed with the buffet breakfast because the eggs, longanisa and corned are all greasy.
