My sister checked-in in this hotel from Oct. 1-8 2014 in unit 26H in particular. Got the room for 2,800/day + 5000 scurity deposit (refundable) During our stay.... The room was so-so. Kind of old, need maintenance. Comment: BAD: Aircon in the bedroom is broken but still working. Worst is, in the window there is a cabinet for machine, which... More

We stayed at the 24th floor. July 2014 (total of 38 floors) Great view of Makati. Clean rooms with toilet/bathroom and kitchen. Has pool on the 8th floor and gym at another floor. Laundry just opposite the front main entrance. Very close to all shops and restaurants.

No complaints about the location, close to malls and CBD of Makati, restaurants and bars and supermarkets nearby. Laundry opposite The apartment I stayed in was adequate, quite large for one person Dripping pipe under sink repaired with smelly towel in typical Philippines fashion Lobby reception and staff very good, a few free newspapers if you are early enough Lobby... Location: This hotel is situated really close to greenbelt vicinity. It is 1 minute walk to greenbelt mall 1 which doesnt really matter which greenbelt mall you're close to because the malls are all connected and you can cut through overpass walkways or the park (without having to walk along the crazy busy street). I think i would prefer to... More

It's really close to Greenbelt. Awesome Makati location! Gym is nice but nothing special. Swimming pool looked inviting but we were too busy to use it. Front desk is very helpful with the usually Filipino hospitality and service. If you get a good rate, it's hard to beat as a place to stay in Makati.

The location is really convenience, 15-20 mnts from the airport, it just 3 minutes aways from greenbelt mall, and you can go to others mall like Landmark and Glorieta, they are just a walking distance. Swimming pool and gym are in there, just need to take an elevator. There... More

Greenbelt parkplace isn't a condotel, I lived there from Sept '07 to April '08. The building is one of the best in Makati outside of the premiere hotels of course. I don't know what others were expecting but it is just a place to stay... it isn't an hotel... bring your own towels etc. the location is Excellent... just a... More

We just returned from a 2-weeks stay in Greenbelt ParkPlace Condominium. Our vacation was in time for Christmas (Dec.2006) and naturally, we were looking forward to a good holiday. This condotel ruined our holidays. This condotel has its own website but DO NOT BELIEVE what they say as they don't make good on their advertisement: Ex. services offered include internet... More
