Reserved Cherry Blossoms Hotel before our flights back to the US. Accommodation is fine, staff always attentive and ready to help, room substantial and clean, location is great w/c is next to a shopping mall and walking distance to public transports but most of all, I highly recommend this hotel for its trustworthiness!!! I left my 24K necklace recently bought... More

What I like of this hotel is its proximity to Robinsons Manila. It's just stone throw away. I dont have to worry of my taxi expenses because its near the mall, PGH, Supreme Court, court of appeals, you name it... Their rooms are very spacious with antique themes..hehe

This is my "safe bet hotel" or the one I can usually depend upon to get a room irrespective if other hotels are fully booked. Generally when I arrive via taxi the doormen/security staff are generally prompt at retrieving my luggage and bringing it to the frontdesk. The frontdesk personnel by now usually recognize me and are prompt about getting... More

My wife and I just spent 3 nights at hotel. Couldn't have been treated any better. I have some special needs as I use a mobility scooter to help me get around. Staff was great to me and I had no concerns of getting around on scooter. Room was clean with a great shower. Free internet worked great. Restaurant was... More

Places like Luneta/Rizal Parks and Manila Zoo are easily reachable on foot. You can also be in the big Robinson Manila Mall in 2 minutes walking from the front door of the hotel. It's an important mall... I saw the President of the Philippines and his entourage walk right past me while I was there one night. It's an old... More

The last 10 yrs or more CB Hotel been our home when in Manila..Its location, accessibility and Robinson's Place Mall are the hotel's biggest assets...no wonder it is always busy, seemed not getting short of paying guests and clients..Ten yrs or so, no significant refurbishment been done or added room fixture to make it more attractive and competitive..oh yes they... This hotel is in a convenient area for access to Manila attractions and the US Embassy. It also is the only hotel I have stayed at in years that has no flat screen TVs even in the luxury suites. The light fixtures are falling apart and things are just deteriorated and in need of refurbishing. They also raised the prices... More

Wasnt satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The rooms are cramped and dirty. Imagine, they checked us in and turned over a room that wasnt kept. The pillows were all over the place and stinky with drool on it. The hotel being old is not reason enough. The reception is even more disappointing . They only have 1 receptionist... More
