It's one of the two "nice" yet moderately-priced hotels just across the US Embassy in Manila, Philippines (the other being Bayview Hotel). It's a neat and comfy hotel, reasonably-priced for a walk-in registrant. Accessible to major tourist attractions in the metropolis (example, Luneta Park, Manila Ocean Park, Baywalk, Intramuros, National Museum, Museo Pambata). Wifi is free, ambiance is good, and... More

My fiance had her required medical exam for the K-1 visa so we stayed at the Miramar due to its proximity to St. Luke's. Nothing special, basic accommodations, air con took a while to cool but it worked. Downstairs its noisy due to singing but other than that, no complaints. If this were a vacation stay, I would not recommend... More

I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights in early May, 2015. This was my 20th visit to manila and I usually stay in this area. I was pleased with location and general look of the building. what was not so good? 1st night, air con was taking a while to cool. No wonder , it didn't work. Not at... More

Had our interview at the US embassy, it's just a 10 minute walk. There are a lot of restos nearby, a church and a lot of 7 eleven's. The staff were nice and accommodating, they will even hail a metered taxi.

This hotel is located on Roxas boulevard across from the US Embassy, and very near Manila Ocean Park, Luneta, and other tourist attractions. Despite being on the main road, most of the rooms are located on the sides or back, and are relatively quiet. The hotel, built in the 1930s, is is very good repair, including the antique Otis elevator.... More

I have an interview, and with Miramar almost just in front of the embassy, I thought it's an ideal inexpensive and yet cozy place to stay. I booked online so when I got there, just had to give a thousand as a deposit fee (refundable) and then I was shown my room up at the 5th floor (I could slightly... More

Good location near Rizal Park and US embassy - easy walking distance to Robinson's Shopping Complex and Walled City, etc. Art deco hotel with reasonable rooms and facilities. Bed and pillows very firm. Sheets and towels are little grey. Reception staff could have been a little friendlier, particularly on arrival. Breakfast a little average. Didn't dine there in the evening... More

You can never imagine that I checked in Room 404 in this Miramar Hotel at 11:30pm night, and then I wanted a quieter room so I turned off the air-con at midnight when I was about to sleep. THE SINGING NOISE!! Just downstairs. It's crazy. I think the Filipinos would stop singing soon, so I didn't request a change of... More
