Beautiful view if facing the Manila bay. Room is large and meeting international standard. Amenities are good. Location is not good as I was told by a local friend it is in the red light district! Nothing to do in this area. Traffic bad from airport. Concierge lounge is huge and service is very good.

Another pleasant stay in this hotel. Few weeks before arrival have found out that Hyatt is pulling out from here and building new one....and you can see it, mainatenace is gone down, carpets need changing and facilities are showing its age. However, staff and service remained the same, no word to complain. Grea breakfast, good meeting rooms and very pleasant... More

Front desk service was a bit slow, but the people were nice and the hotel was great. Nice, clean room with large bathroom (plus overhead rain-shower). Big outdoor pool with walls and great landscaping kept the city noise out.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel a few times and we loved it. We always have the bay view which is nice. Our room upgrade was great. Thanks for that. The location though could be better. Hyatt is located in the center of the old Manila. Old Manila hasn't change much as far as I can remember. The... More

At first, my room smells like someone has been smoking in it. Good thing it kind of went away or maybe i just got used to it after being there for a while. Other than that, everything went fine. Staff were so friendly, greeted me each time. And I particularly enjoyed the food at Market Cafe. Had the chance to... More

1) Location - streets around the hotel is not suitable for family. No decent eating options and not safe to walk alone as you maybe hassled (sketchy bars around). We struggled to find a place for a business dinner. 2) Room - Average and the hotel is not maintained well. 2 bottles of water offered complementary and a additional bottle... More

This is a relatively new hotel (about 10 years) so you won't have to worry about smelly carpets or mildew-filled bathroom walls. However, being that this is a casino, you will have a hint of smoke in common areas like the lobby. Lucky for us, the non-smoking room is REALLY free from cigarette smell (I have to note this down... AT FIRST I WAS GOING TO GIVE A 4* THE GOOD This hotel must have been recently built, because inside is quite spacious, modern, carpets in good condition, etc. Room I generously sized and lit. Bathroom is decently sized and appointed. Service was seemingly refined. THE BAD The hotel is literally on prostitution central and some sketchy bars. (For better... More

Getting from the airport to the hotel was chaotic. MNL is chaotic in general and the taxi area keeps the confusion alive. Hyatt has shuttle service - but at 2300 per person that is crazy. A taxi was 500 total. The metered taxi line right outside arrivals seemed very chaotic with lots of lines and a decided lack of clarity... More
