Stayed on the 10th floor. 30 bucks a night was well worth it. Fully stocked kitchen, very clean. Only place i stayed at in the philippines where i did not see any bugs/smells, so i dont know what the other guy was talking about. Stayed there 3 days. I would go back in a second. more

Bugs in the kitchen, overly strict guest policies and lots of noise from 7PM-2AM from the Baywalk entertainment area (if you have a room on the outer wing that faces the side parking lot) and homeless people who live in the parking lot are just some of the problems Boulevard Mansion Hotel has.
