Nice staff clean rooms with kitchen and room service meals are decent . it is a older building and a bad neighborhood but you can grab a taxi at hotel entrance so good value for price. Just do not go walking in the are a. Kitchen comes with the basics to cook and plates and utensils and room has air... More

Fairly old hotel now I think, very large sized rooms with kitchen. Probably a reasonable choice if you want to stay long term. The big draw back for us was the surrounding area, streets quite dirty with homeless people sleeping on the sidewalk at night time. Room was very clean, but dated. Some good Restaurants within walking distance.

Lets begin in the lobby....shoddy workmanship and layers of dust all over. In the restaurant area there are layers of dust on the furniture and dried up bird crap on that nobody cleans. You will also have to fight with the flies for your food, when your not being eaten yourself by the mosquitoes.....Take your malaria pills before you leave.... More

a charming large roomed hotel set in a nice district in manila.Avery clean hotel where the staff are very friendly. Only a short walk from bars and the fantastic Robinson shopping mall and only a short taxi ride to The mall of Asia shopping extravaganza. I found the staff always helpful and very polite, will always return there again and... More

We just just stayed overnight and half day late check out at 6:00 PM. We had a family 2 bed rooms. Space and rate is fantastic. Strenght/good side: Location is unbeatable. Good reasonable rate Big sized rooms Kitchenette is an edge Weak points Room is dirty - had to dust off bed side table ourselves. Cleaning is far below standard... More

I pick the hotel myself because it looked so good on the pictures and it is very affordable for a family of five and was close to the US embassy. As we enter the hotel, we were welcomed by an aweful smell (smell like roaches and decayed wood) and it was very quiet at 8 PM because not much people... More

Such a disappointing stay in this place. Been here with a foreign friend last June of 2013. Took me a long time to post my review but I guess better late than never. Pro: The room was very spacious, refreshing and overlooking Manila Bay. Near the U.S. Embassy which is beneficial for my American friend and most especially near to... More

Just a correction. Not sure anyway to edit. The beds are twin not double but we did squeeze 2 per bed plus the driver crashed on the couch. No problem having 5 in the room. Also the water pressure here is OK. I have always had a real shower that was hot.

I have stayed here a couple times. It is about as cheap a place as you will find in this area with 2 double beds to a room. It also has a kitchen with very basic utensils and a frig. It is older and we'll past its prime but has hit water, decent water pressure and good value. The staff... More

Wow - the Mabini Mansion is a weird throwback to the 1950's. It's almost like nothing has changed since then. The old furniture and carpets, timber features and even the lifts are still as they were, with their little floor indicator lamps gently fading on and off as you move between floors. The one-bed suite I booked was big -... More
