The Lotus Garden was not my first or second choice. I could not find rooms on short notice at any 4 star hotels I knew of in Manila. So I settled on the Lotus Garden. We arrived very late in the day, only to find our room was not yet ready. The manager quickly offered us an upgraded room at... more

I have stayed with its sister hotels City Garden (Makati and Manila) before and had favorable experience on both occasion. So I wanted to try Lotus Garden. I went to their website and sent an e-mail to inquire about room availability and rates. I got great response from the staff - answered my queries and follow-up questions promptly. The day... more

I stayed here for 4 nights in their superior room. I booked my room through their website and check in was a breeze. My room was not facing the road. There was a window but it had no view and was facing a corridor where the hotel kept their broken furniture and other stuff. At times, I felt I was... more

If you don't have a reservation you can count on being ripped off! The front desk is unorganized and it shows. I was hot, tired and sweating, instead of getting me checked in and off to my room, I had to stand there while they created me a profile. Then I had to wait for a bellboy. Good thing I... more

It's my second time to stay in this hotel. All I can say is, there service is superb and just don't want to stay in other hotels. Everytime I visit Phils., and even if I have relatives to stay with around Manila, I still stay at Lotus. I feel safe staying here, the amenities are just fair to the price... more

Room was clean but very small. Smallest bathroom I have experienced... The bed was comfortable to lie on but creaked terribly. Any slight movement was noisy. Did n't help that I was restless and thus my partner couldn't sleep.. Sleepless night for both of us. Breakfast buffet was okay, but probably average fare for a three star motel in the... more

Stayed two nights at the Lotus Garden in Manila. Rooms were small but clean. Lounge area was enjoyable. Breakfast buffet was minimal and understaffed. Don't know why, but the omelette station was never manned either morning, and you had to go get a front desk person to come over and make an omlette. Maybe it was intended to be self-service?... more
