We stayed in this hotel just for one night. Everything in the room was old and poor but we didn't need much - hot water, fan and bed). The working staff is friendly. But the place where the hotel situated is not safe (as the driver of taxi told us) so be careful. P.S. stayed in Feb 2013

Stayed here a few months ago and while it was ok, there are many better places in Malate. I booked via Agoda and got a reasonable rate. The staff were friendly and the room was a decent size. What I didn't like was the noise from the next room. There was a door between my room and theirs and the... More

When making my booking I thought I was on a direct site to New Solanie Hotel, 1811 Leon Guinto Street, Manila, Philippines. I wanted a room with breakfast included. The price was right so I booked a Deluxe Room, but when I landed in Manila, I took a taxi that cost me almost 200 Php. Of course the driver took... More

I used one of the many hotel booking web sites out there to book this hotel. I paid about maybe $45 USD which is why I chose this hotel. I was hopping all around the Philippines and I was staying in on my final day there Manila because I had to catch my flight back home the next morning. First... More

I arrived with young family and pre paid voucher, despite having the full paperwork showing payment and full confirmation the hotel would not accept this because their filling system had lost my details. I was clearly not going to climb out of the window with the kids but they refused to let me check in unless i paid again in... More
