I wasn't supposed to book here but I had no choice since it was last minute and all other hotels were full. The Front Ofc staff was polite. When I entered the elevator, it was so old, dirty and stinky.I didn't really expect anything grand since it was just a simple budget travelers hotel however when I entered my room,... More

been going to the Iwangsan Hotel hotel for 5 years, now.it is always clean, and efficient, and you cannot beat the price. Rooms are clean; wi-fi is free. Staff is courteous and friendly. Head receptionist has been there for years. A small breakfast is included.

I've been to this hotel several times before, but it's only because it's one of the cheaper hotels in Manila. Though it has gotten a little better since they had renovated the lobby and restauraunt. But the rooms are same old same old. Since I live in the Philippines, I'm used to seeing cockroaches and all those things. But I... More

The wheels fell of my suitcase just next door to this hotel. They had a 1500 PHP incl B/F offer which was ok for what you get. The hotel is dated, it has the only split aircon which is noisy I know. Traffic nois all night , bring your EARPLUGS. Location is not bad 5 to 10 min by jeepny... More

For the price it costs it is a really good deal. Located right in the heart of Makati Inwangsan Hotel is a nice small hotel where we felt safe and good. The rooms are big, TV, AC and fridge worked well. Just the mattresses are unusually hard. But after sleeping there 1 night we felt fine the next morning. Staff... More

If you are just looking for a place to sleep right in the middle of the city, near all the pub...fast food chain and very accessible to the heart of Ayala business center then this is a good place to consider. It definitely served my purpose of booking. I was looking for a hotel where it's near my workplace so... More

I wasnt sure what to expect after reading reviews, seemed like a mixed bag. Is only ok, in need of renovation for sure, cracked tiles, extremely grubby paintwork, poor quality beds. Wouldnt stay here again, other better options in this price range

We always stay here every time we have something to do in Manila. It is near the Makati Business district and pretty safe location. The elevator is a bit old but safe. Also, there's wifi inside the rooms plus drinkable water access every floor. Call in advance if you have to chance to secure a better room with a good... More
