Stayed here for 6 days for a quick training. Location-wise, it was good. I literally just walked to my training center and to restaurants since traffic is horrible in Makati. There's a mall nearby (around 3-5 minute walk) and there's a 7-eleven convenience store on the building. Opposite the MPT suites is Family Mart, which serves my favorite Green Tea... More

The only two good things: location, and friendly front disk staff. But the room is so terrible. Bad smell, unhealthy "cockroaches everywhere", toilet it's self dirty "molds everywhere", refrigerator has nasty smell, blanket on the bed has dark color makes you notice many white and spots and when I asked them to change it they brought a dirtiest one and... This place has major elevator problems. First off-only 2 elevators to service 33 floors of occupants. You'd be lucky to find both elevators working. The other elevator has been out of service for a year. They said they ordered it and it was at customs, then next thing they post something on the wall that they are still ordering it... More

I stayed here with friends last month just to have a place to stay in makati. It was not that bad but there is a lot of things to improve. Cabinets was deteriorating, molds in the windows, curtain was not that clean, bed is ok but needs improvement, cable was down at our room. Staff was ok. but they need... More

I booked one night at this place as i had to quickly find cheap hotel in makati on trivago and wished i never stayed at this place. When i arrived the elevator did not work so had to walk up 18 levels of stairs with my luggage on the way felt like every level got worse and worse in the... More

Makati Prime is by far the worst building I have ever stepped foot in the Philippines. There is often no working elevator, which is a serious inconvenience and safety issue. The front desk staff doesn't care because they know this is a slum also. Lobby is hot, rooms and halls are dirty. Even if you survive the overcrowded, broken elevator,... More

Nothing like the photos or the website. Wotif said it is newly renovated which is a blatant lie! Checked in with my wife and 12 week old Son, and then had to immdeiately change room as it was nothing like i booked...after another 15 mins we walked at and paid a walk up rate at City Garden! Furnishings look like... More

Do not be deceived by what you see on the pictures. The room I got is in a state of disrepair or ruin as a result of age or neglect or something else!! From the moment I entered the room I felt so sorry I checked in on this haunted "hotel" I felt very scared and unsecured. Door knob has... More

i stayed here early dec 2012. 4nights/5days. i chose it for location and price. for about 50 us$ a night it was slightly cheaper than what i pay at other makati hotels. the room was large with a seperate bedroom. decor was typical and the tv cable pretty good. i liked the fact that about 15% of the bedroom wall...
